Bitter YORKSHIRE BITTER

N° 3 in our British Bitters series.

A Pale Ale with a strong character inspired by the 'Bitter' ales popularly brewed and drunk in the north of England. Our Yorkshire Bitter combines the traditional biscuit and nut flavours derived from Maris Otter malt with a bittersweet taste achieved by recreating the minerals indigenous to the water in the Yorkshire area. A fruity, hedgerow aroma and fresh bitter aftertaste come from a trio of classic British hops: Target, Bramling Cross and Northdown.
